Tammie Smeltz is a Licensed Nurse with 30 years’ experience in the health and fitness industry. She is the owner of DharmaDog Yoga in Orchard Park and is an E-RYT-200 yoga teacher. She holds certifications in Group Fitness and Personal Training through the Aerobic & Fitness Association of America. She has been teaching spinning for 15 years and has mentored dozens of instructors in Buffalo. She is an international spinning instructor teaching not only in the U.S., but also in Toronto, Canada and various cities in the Middle East. As an avid marathon runner and cyclist, she understands the importance of balancing aerobic activity with yoga allowing the body to work at its fullest potential.
